Tight Market Conditions Continue into November 2021!
The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has released their data for October 2021, and "they had a few surprises", according to the Senior Economist and Director of Housing Data and Market Analysis Shaun Cathcart. The number of new listings is down 19.6% compared to last year, and the average price of homes sold across Canada is up 18.2%.
