Role Description
Are you a passionate, driven, licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate agent looking to align with a well-established and growing real estate team? The eXp Realty Mill Street Team is expanding and actively seeking motivated agents from across the Ottawa region.
While our roots are in Almonte, this role is not location-dependent. We are intentionally building a team of agents spread throughout Ottawa and the surrounding communities so we can share our projects, opportunities, and lead flow with clients across the entire region.
As a Realtor®, you will handle day-to-day residential real estate activities including client care, lead conversion, property marketing, negotiations, and transactions from open to close. We operate as a true full-service, collaborative team—supporting clients from first conversation to keys in hand.
You’ll gain access to a steady flow of high-quality leads through our advanced lead generation systems and established network. You’ll also be fully supported by a dedicated administrative and marketing team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.
Whether you’re newer to the industry or looking to elevate an existing business, you’ll benefit from mentorship from experienced agents, ongoing training, and a positive team culture that truly celebrates collaboration and success. We’re seeking ambitious professionals who want to grow their careers, expand their presence in the Ottawa market, and unlock strong earning potential based on performance.
Qualifications
Valid Ontario real estate license (or currently in the licensing process)
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience in residential real estate sales
Knowledge of real property and transaction processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Business, Real Estate, or related education considered an asset
Experience with eXp Realty is an asset, but not required
